A 2 acre lake in a wildlife sanctuary containing a large head of Carp to 24lb, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Perch. The Club has added some large and sought after Carp to this water recently.A great fun fishery offering lots of bites making it ideal for the beginner and children.

All general water rules apply plus the following:

• 1. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, but must be controlled and kept on a short lead at all times.

No close season exists on this water, however this water may close at short notice for fishery management purposes.

Please be aware access from Cherque Way is via a combination lock. Combination is available from the welcoming email from Clubmate or the from the PDAS Secretary.

Please be aware of speed bumps and pedestrians on Sandhill Lane.

Obey the speed limit at all times.
