At the the Tithe Middle/Bottom match on 17th July 2022 a number of anglers chose to ignore match and club rules. Three anglers observered using only one keepnet. One angler refused to weigh in at half time as requested prior to match. One angler leaving rod in water, unattended during half time weigh in and rod was pulled into water. In any future matches any angler not conforming to match rules will be disqualified. The first instance of rule breaking will be seen as a “yellow card”. Any second infraction will result in a “red card”. This will mean the individual will be suspended from entering a minimum of three matches. Any further infraction will result in the individual being banned from all matches. Note that we have a number of bailiffs fishing the matches so I will be enlisting there assistance in ensuring rules are adhered to.
