Good Afternoon All
Thank you for being understanding about Sinah lake closing and that the safety of the fish had to come first. As you will have seen from previous posts, the upside on the closure has given us a chance to move a lot of concrete to the edge of the lake making it safer to fish. The water level is still low in many places so restrictions and closures are in place. These will be reviewed on a regular basis.
The following closures are in place. These have been taped off with “DO NOT ENTER TAPE”.
Peg 1 – Pump House
Peg 2 – Little Island
Peg 14 – Old Clays
Peg 15 – New Clays
Pegs 18 to 21 – Hole in the fence to Badlands
Peg 21 – Little steps
Peg 22 – Day swim in front of the club house
Peg 24 – Hump
Peg 30 to 34 – Pipes to Twins
Tate’s will remain open to float fishing only, although pegs 7 and 10 and 11 are the only ones with enough water in them to fish properly. All other swims are restricted to 7.5 wraps – 30 Yards. The bailiff team will be checking your distances to ensure fish safety is maintained. Anyone not sticking to the restriction or found in a do “DO NOT ENTER” area could face disciplinary action. Sinah Lake will be re-opening on 21st September 2022 at 12:30.
Please see picture of swims to confirm the closures. If anyone see any fish in distress please contact me of the FMO straight away.
