Do not travel to a water through a different Tier Group. Day Tickets and Guest Tickets are now suspended. Bailiffs will still be carrying out checks.

If you are approached by a Bailiff, please place your membership card on the floor and move back more than 2 meters.

Report Issues – Don’t Ignore Them!

We have had reports of a Cynet being hooked at Brockhurst Moat. The Cygnet in question was hooked with a Pike Treble which caused injury and pain. The Angler then cut the line off and didnt report it. This could have been one of our members or a poacher, we dont know. However – Please remember if you do hook wildlife, snap off or get caught in a tree TELL US. You have all the numbers in the Handbook and they are available on the website. We can then get it sorted as soon as possible. We understand accidents happen and that people do not go angling to deliberatly catch a wild bird or get line tangled up in trees, but we MUST be made aware.

The Cygnet has now had a operation to remove the hook and is recovering at Brent Lodge Animal Rescue in Chichester. We thank the members of the Public – Jon, Linda and Andy who manged to rescue the Cygnet and arranged help.
