Dear Members,
This is a formal reminder to all PDAS members that defecating anywhere on the grounds of, or within, any venue controlled or operated by PDAS is a serious breach of club rules and will not be tolerated.
Members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect the facilities, grounds and other members at all times. Under no circumstances should the grounds of a PDAS-controlled venue be used as a toilet.
We recognise that unexpected toilet-related incidents can occur. Members attending PDAS venues are therefore reminded that they should make appropriate provisions within their luggage to deal with any such eventuality. This may include suitable bags, containers, sanitary products or other necessary materials.
Where an incident does occur, all waste must be securely contained and removed from the venue by the individual concerned and taken home for appropriate disposal. No human waste is to be left on PDAS grounds, in bins or anywhere else at the venue.
Please understand that this matter is being taken seriously. Failure to comply with this rule may result in disciplinary action under the club’s rules.
We ask every member to act responsibly, show consideration for others and help us maintain the cleanliness and reputation of all PDAS venues.
This requirement applies to every member, without exception.
